Request a Tampa Bay property consultation.
Submit a confidential request about the property concern, leadership challenge, or decision in front of you. You do not need to have the full scope or solution worked out before getting in touch.
Get an independent view.
A short discovery conversation can help determine whether the issue calls for focused guidance, document review, on-site evaluation, mediation, or a broader audit.
You may already have a well-documented concern, or you may simply notice that explanations do not match results and the same problem keeps returning. An initial conversation helps organize the situation, identify the decision that needs support, and determine whether TrustPoint is the right fit.
We regularly assist leaders facing:
- Board dissatisfaction or unclear accountability
- Financial, reserve, or reporting concerns
- Management and staff performance issues
- Vendor or management contract disputes
- Operational instability or risk exposure
- Storm-readiness and continuity questions
- Management-company interviews, transitions, and selection

Primary on-site service area: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, and surrounding Tampa Bay communities. Virtual and coordinated national engagements are also available.
If you are unsure whether the issue is large enough for a formal engagement, describe it briefly. A focused conversation can often clarify the sensible next step without assuming that a comprehensive audit is required.
Write to TrustPoint.
Use this request form and include enough context for an initial, confidential review. A short summary is enough to begin; the topic and timing fields help route the conversation without requiring you to define the full scope.
- No documents required initially
- Focused or comprehensive scope
- Private, professional review
Do not submit highly sensitive records, personal resident information, privileged communications, account credentials, or full financial files at this stage. If documents are later needed, an appropriate exchange method can be discussed first.

Before your request.
Is the initial consultation confidential?
Yes. Inquiries are handled discreetly and are not shared with management companies or vendors without your explicit consent. During the first conversation, you can also identify sensitive relationships, timing concerns, or limits on who should be contacted while the potential engagement is being considered.
Where does TrustPoint provide on-site property consulting?
Our primary on-site and blended service area covers Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, and surrounding Tampa Bay communities. Virtual and coordinated site-visit engagements are available elsewhere in Florida and nationwide.
What information should I include?
Share the community or property name, location, property type, your role, the primary concern, its urgency, and the decision leadership is trying to make. It is also helpful to note how long the issue has existed, who is involved, and whether an important meeting or contract date is approaching. Do not submit highly sensitive records before discussing a secure exchange method.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your request is reviewed to understand the issue and likely scope. If the matter appears aligned with TrustPoint’s services, the next step is a confidential discovery conversation focused on objectives, stakeholders, available documentation, timing, and the decision that needs support. That conversation helps determine whether a focused review, broader audit, mediation, or ongoing advisory arrangement is appropriate.
Choose what to describe before sharing records
A board decision, payment gap and recurring outage need different evidence. Use the decision center to identify the first record set and describe which items are available. For a general question about a published resource, name the guide and the unclear term; for a correction, include its source and reference period.
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a response deadline or a service engagement. Keep any current official instruction or time-sensitive professional obligation on its existing response path.
